Group Pilates Classes

• new client (try it out) class: $20

• returning client single class: $40

• 5 class pack: $190 (2 month expiration from first use)

• 10 class pack: $350 (3mo expiration from first use)

• 30 class pack: $990 (7mo expiration from first use)

• student 10 pack: $300 (3 month expiration; undergrad only and please be prepared to show school ID)

Private & Semi-Private Pilates Sessions

• single private pilates session: $95- $120 (based on instructor)

• single semi-private pilates session: $68 per person (please email Liz@lsfpilates.com to book)

Pilates Physical Therapy Sessions

30-minute PT session: $90

60-minute PT session: $165

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made through our website or mobile app. We are unable to process cancellations by phone or email. To cancel: log into your account, head to ‘Upcoming’, and click ‘Cancel’ next to the session you can’t attend.

Group Classes

• 12-hour late cancellation window (no credits back)

• $15 no-show penalty (and no credits back)

Private Pilates + PT Sessions

• 24-hour late cancellation window (no credits back)

• $15 no-show penalty (and no credits back)

Waitlist Policy:

If a class is full, you’re encouraged to join the waitlist. Spots often open up, and the waitlist is the best way to secure a place if someone cancels.

• When a spot becomes available, clients will be automatically added from the waitlist in order. You’ll receive a confirmation email and text if you’ve been moved into the class.

• Please note that you can be added to a class from the waitlist up to one hour before the start time. If you’re on the waitlist, we recommend keeping an eye on your text and email and being prepared to attend.

• If you’re added to a class but can no longer attend, please cancel as soon as possible so someone else can take your spot. Standard cancellation policies still apply, which means if you are added 12 hours before the start time and you can not attend, you will be charged as a late cancel.

• Tips
  - Only join the waitlist if you’re able to attend on short notice
  - Enable notifications so you don’t miss a spot opening
  - Check your schedule before staying on multiple waitlists
