Founder Liz McKee first stepped into a Pilates studio in 2003 and has been a devoted practitioner and educator ever since. Intrigued by the concentration and mindfulness that each exercise required, she became certified to teach when she was just 19 years old. In addition to her Pilates and Barre certifications, she holds a BS in Vertebrate Physiology from Penn State and is certified in Dynamic Neuromuscular Therapy module 1.

LSF is a boutique fitness studio offering Pilates, Physical Therapy, and virtual classes for all levels of fitness. Winner of Best of The Main Line, the spacious, sunlit studio features new Allegro2 Balanced Body reformers and topnotch instruction. Classes are small and provide hands-on, semi-private instruction to safely transform your body. Located a block from the heart of Wayne, just minutes from major highways.

why lsf?

why lsf?

why LSF?

Unlike conventional workouts that create overuse and bulk, Pilates will lengthen and strengthen the muscles, increasing elasticity and mobility. Creating balance in the musculature will keep you looking, feeling, and moving at your best. LSF combines the principles of Pilates with unconventional exercises and stretching to deliver a unique and modern approach. Recruiting smaller, often-neglected muscles and releasing heavily facilitated muscles that are creating dysfunctional movement patterns.

Smaller class size and top of the line equipment allows us to deliver the best workout you have never tried. Instructors are highly skilled in various areas of kinesiology, including Physical Therapy, Functional Range Systems, Therapeutic Specialist, and Neurokinetic Therapy. We bring everything to the table to deliver a comprehensive session, tailored to your needs.
