piLENGTH emphasizes range of motion exercises and different stretching and release techniques to help regain mobility in the joints. Great for athletes that are trying to gain flexibility or someone looking for a slower paced class. Instructors provide proper modifications for those with injuries and individualize sessions to help each client meet their goals. Classes are 55 minutes.

piSTRENGTH takes an athletic approach to pilates strengthening exercises done on the reformer to help you sculpt and define your arms, legs and core. Resistance, body weight and spring tension will have your muscles shaking in the name of the change. Moving to the tempo of current and classic beats, this class is safe for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling like the athlete that you are, ready to take on the world. Not recommended for pregnant clients or those with limited mobility due to injuries. Classes are 45 minutes.

As with all LSF classes, proper form is emphasized, while maintaining a moderate pace of the class. While still challenging, this low-impact workout delivers a total mind/body experience that bring you to a place of greater flexibility and strength. Classes are 55 minutes.

A low-impact class choreographed to kick-ass beats, you always have the option to ditch the rebounder and go at your own pace during cardio intervals. reSTRENGTH can improve your circulation, coordination, and balance as well as give the lymphatic and immune system a boost. A true calorie torcher, this 45 minute class flies by in no time.
